They look like they have an oversized bulge on the top - more than other products. Will this ruin the leather ?

Answer: Thank you for your question. Each of these two-pack listings is for a particular size. This particular size is for small, and can fit a very wide (EEE) 6.5 all the way through a very narrow (AAA) 10.5. -

Answer: I have these in pointed toe dress shoes, works great. They bend in the middle to get them into a Ted baker type of boot.
