Users have reported that the connectors helped them achieve professional-looking installations on their staircases and decks, with one reviewer noting that attention to instructions and careful pre-drilling can lead to a successful outcome. Conversely, a significant portion of feedback highlights concerns over the material quality of the connectors. Several users have experienced issues with the bolts bending, breaking, or stripping, leading to frustrating installation attempts and the necessity of finding alternative solutions. This inConsistency in durability has led some customers to label the product a waste of money and opt for traditional bolting methods instead.
