The Magic Wrench is a versatile tool that can work on various bolt sizes as long as it is within the tool's size range. The jaw opens automatically with a strong pan spring and can withstand more than 100kg torque. However, the wrench may mar the bolt head, but the manufacturer suggests using a rubber plate as a cover. It can also work on stripped bolts, including circle-type bolts. While the manufacturer is developing a similar wrench with smooth jaws, users need to cover it with rubber to prevent scratches on a chrome finish. Some customers found the tool heavy, awkward and useless, and it did not grip or fit anything. It also shredded the nut, making it entirely useless for using a wrench or socket. Another drawback is that it may not stay clamped on the bolt or nut, requiring the user to make sure it's in the exact place.
