Speedway Motors Universal Steering Column Mount, Adjustable Angle, Fits 2 Inch OD Column Tubes, Easy Installation, Black Finish, Simple 4-Bolt Floor

The Speedway Motors Universal Steering Column Mount has garnered notable attention for its quality and functionality within the automotive community. Users have shared positive experiences regarding the bracket's adjustable angle feature, making it adaptable for various installation scenarios involving 2-inch diameter steering columns. The stainless steel finish, complemented by a shiny black powder coat, is not only aesthetically pleasing but also adds to its durability. Installation seems to be straightforward, with many customers praising the ease of adjusting the angle for optimal positioning, whether it’s on the firewall, floorboard, or under the dashboard. The mounting design, which includes a good bearing surface and an adjustable collar, ensures a solid grip on the steering column to prevent rotation. Additionally, the internal hex screw mechanism allows for a snug fit by reducing the radius of the collar split, further securing the column in place. However, it’s worth noting that some customers reported the absence of essential mounting hardware, which necessitated additional effort and modifications to ensure a proper fit, especially in custom installations. While this may require extra ingenuity, many have still found the product to be an excellent solution overall for their specific needs. In summary, the Speedway Motors Universal Steering Column Mount stands out for its robust quality, adjustable design, and versatility, making it a favored choice among users looking to enhance their steering column setup. **
