Nacon Compact Controller LED (Blue)

** Nacon Compact Controller LED (Blue)** The Nacon Compact Controller LED (Blue) has garnered a mostly positive reception among gamers, especially those looking for an affordable alternative to the standard PS4 controller. Priced at approximately £25 at launch, many users highlight its functionality, which closely resembles that of the original Sony DualShock controller, including features like a touchpad and responsive buttons. Users have expressed satisfaction with the analog sticks, noting that they surpass the standard PS4 controller in both comfort and performance. Many reviewers have used the controller intensively, with reports of durability extending well beyond a year without significant degradation in performance. One user even commented on the smoother gaming experience compared to their existing controllers, underlining the device's reliability even during prolonged use. However, it is not without its drawbacks. Some users pointed out that the material of the controller lacks grip, leading them to apply grip tape for better handling. Moreover, the layout of the action buttons was criticized for being too close together initially, although users quickly adapted to it. While the wired nature of the controller appeals to some for its responsiveness, others may find it restrictive. A notable concern is the long-term durability, as a few users have reported issues with the analog sticks after a year, indicating a potential risk for intensive gamers. Overall, the Nacon Compact Controller LED stands out as a cost-effective, functional choice, particularly for casual players or those looking for a secondary controller. While it has its minor flaws, its performance and affordability make it a commendable option in the marketplace. **
