SCE Games Editorial Review
The PSHorizon game combines elements of role-playing in an open world, featuring new climbing mechanics that reduce stress and make gameplay comfortable. However, some players may find the lack of new elements in the early stages and repetitive missions a bit tedious, particularly those who have played the previous installment. The difficulty level may also pose a challenge for some, as it can be hard to target specific parts of moving enemies. On the positive side, the game offers a wide range of gameplay and display settings for a more personalized experience. It also includes mini-games like chess and fast travel options, as well as a tutorial to help new players understand the game mechanics. The progression through enemy-infested areas and the automatic retrieval of resources add to the overall gameplay experience. Additionally, the improved background music and reduced sense of isolation in the open world are noteworthy improvements. In summary, PSHorizon appeals to fans of open-world games and offers various weapons and tools for an engaging experience. While it may not introduce significant innovation, it still provides enjoyable gameplay for both new and returning players. **
