Action & Adventure Editorial Review

Ninja Scroll [DVD] is a classic anime that is a must-buy for any anime fan, according to one reviewer. It's also hailed as the best anime by another reviewer. The English version of the show was difficult to find, but it's as good as when it first came out in the 90s. However, the Blu-Ray version has an audio problem that ruins the audio, according to one reviewer. The audio has a Constant flange effect that is insufferable, misplaced, and Constant on the Blu-Ray version. The DVD version has this sound too, but it's very subtle. The quality of the Blu-Ray version is also criticised by another reviewer, who said the audio is the worst they have ever heard. The wind in the audio is sharp and crackling, and the voice audio seems low and hard to hear and dull. The picture quality is also not enhanced in any way, and it looks just like the VHS version. However, the product did work and was what it said it was, hence the two-star rating instead of one. One reviewer warns that this anime is not for children.
