The Davis Instruments 6100 WeatherLink Live is a wireless data collection hub for Vantage Vue Pro2 weather stations. Here are some common questions and reviews about the product. One customer says that they were able to use the WeatherLink Live with their Console to connect to the Davis Weather app. While the product will technically work in a car with the correct voltage and LAN signal, there is no practical reason to use it in this way. The WeatherLink can collect data from 80+ sensors and can work alongside the Console or as an alternative to using a data logger on a PC. The WeatherLink's AC power source has a battery backup and can continue to receive and store sensor data even if communications are lost.
