رأي أخصائي التغذية

The JELQING Exercises Tool Device PJG2 is marketed primarily for enhancing male sexual health through physical exercises aimed at increasing size and improving performance. However, as a nutritionist with 20 years of experience, it is essential to clarify that this device doesn't offer any nutritional benefits, nor does it contain ingredients that can be analyzed for quality. While some users may report subjective improvements, there is limited scientific evidence to support its health claims. Potential drawbacks include the risk of injury if misused and a lack of regulation surrounding such devices. It's also essential to consider that physical enhancements should not replace maintaining a balanced diet, regular exercise, and overall healthy lifestyle choices. Ultimately, the focus should remain on holistic health rather than solely on device-driven improvements.

POWER J GYM Pumps & Enlargers Editorial Review

The Power J Gym is a jelqing device that claims to increase penis size and hardness when used 10-15 minutes a day, six days a week. According to the FAQ section, the device should be used with an erection of about 80%, not flaccid or fully erect. The device has adjustable rollers that can be set at different traction levels, keeping in mind the penis skin's weaker nature in the downside of the penis than the upper side. The device releases overpressure to keep the internal penis tissues safe and avoid penis insensitivity. The Power J Gym can be used under the shower or dry. If anyone feels some skin rubbing issue after the session, they can use some baby cream as Desitin to relieve it. Customer experience has been mixed, with some praising the device and some deeming it worthless. Some customers have noticed an increase in size, while others have noticed only an increase in girth. Others had difficulty with the device's rollers being stiff or not rolling at all. Some customers mentioned that the device twisted during the manufacturing process, making it difficult to use. There were also a few complaints about the device's material being too weak or flimsy/flexible, with the handles being plastic and not metal. In conclusion, the Power J Gym may work for some individuals who follow the correct usage guidelines, but it may not work for everyone. Individuals who decide to use this product should be aware of the possibility of flimsy material and stiffness in the rollers.
