Golden Barrel Corn Syrup is a highly popular product used for making candies, caramels, and other baked goods. While this product is very thick, it is also very easy to use with a lit bit of warmth. The corn syrup is light in color and has a very slight yellowish tint. However, this corn syrup is likely to contain GMOs according to the label. Unfortunately, the 5-gallon size of the corn syrup does not come with a pour spout or an easy way to remove the thick product. One suggestion is to use your hands and get them wet with water before reaching into the bucket. Overall, the Golden Barrel Corn Syrup is an excellent deal and a great product for any professional or home baker.
