However, some customers reported that the grommets are actually 1 7/8 inches, and the depth is 5/8 inches instead of the advertised 4/5 inches. Despite the incorrect measurements, most customers found these grommets to be useful and as advertised, fitting well into the 2-inch holes they drilled. Some customers reported a loose fit, but were able to make them work with tape. These grommets are priced lower than name brand competitors and offer good value.
