InControl - Active Air - Incontinence Briefs 20 Pack Medium is a great product for people with incontinence issues. The product is comfortable, breathable, and can be easily worn under jeans without being noticeable. The velcro tabs secure the brief well and can be tightened and adjusted for a good fit. It is easy to change them, which is important while traveling and using public restrooms. The product offers high leg guards and a plastic layer inside the cloth to prevent leakage, and it has good absorbency. While some reviewers disliked that these are cloth backed and tend to wick wetness when they get fairly wet, these still remain an excellent product. The product is thin, silent, and can be worn for lite to moderate incontinence needs. The hook and loop tabs hold well and prevent loosening of the diaper. However, it runs a bit small, so you may need to go up one size. Overall the product is a great solution and is better than many men's underwear products on the market.
