Transform your concrete surfaces with our Concrete Water Based Stain in the rich and inviting Cola shade. This non-acidic polymer bonded stain is designed to penetrate the concrete surface, creating vibrant and long-lasting UV resistant color. With our water based formula, you'll experience quick drying times and excellent color control, making your staining process a breeze. To ensure the best results, proper floor preparation is crucial.
We highly recommend using a swing machine with our 16-inch 30 grit Tornado Satellite Pad for optimal floor prep. Combine this with our Super Blue solution at a 3:1 ratio (1 gallon of Super Blue to 3 gallons of water) to open up the concrete and allow for better stain penetration. For any existing sealer on your floor, our Citra Peel and a Black Pad will effectively remove it, ensuring that the stain can properly adhere to the surface. When applying the water based stain, use a plastic pump sprayer and avoid letting the product puddle.
Spray the stain evenly and spread it in a circular motion with a microfiber mop until it becomes streak-free. Allow it to dry thoroughly, keeping in mind that drying times may vary depending on surface conditions and humidity. For a darker coat or to incorporate a second color, a second coat can be added. For an enhanced and protected finish, we recommend waiting 24 hours after staining before applying our Enviro Water Based Sealer.
