However, guards must be used with all grinding wheels, sanding flap discs, wire brushes, and wire wheels, and the tool may be used without a guard only when sanding with conventional sanding discs. Overall, customers have been satisfied with the product and it is a good value for the price. It is well-built and works well for light concrete grinding. However, some customers are disappointed that it is not made in the USA.
