- Application: This is screen printer with vacuum pallet, suitable for all kinds of high precision and exquisite plane screen printing, especially for light and thin materials like paper, plastic sheet, CD, credit card, PCB, and all kinds of film, card, board and paper. Also suitable for all kinds of transfer paper, PVC, PET, PC and other soft/ hard film, board, paper, nameplate, and similar materials. It can also be used for the fine printing on heavy and thick products, such as paper boxes, glass, wood boards, metal plates, signage, various plastic boards and etc. Not suitable for cloth, ribbons, handkerchiefs and other textile products, textile materials are recommended to use the scraping pallet with glue. Character: 1. The printing object can be tightly adsorbed on the pallet, to prevent the printing object moved by outside force. 2. After printing, vacuum pallet can keep the printing object close to the pallet can won't be lift up by ink. 3. Equip with 3 gravity balance plates, they can be installed individually or together according to weight request, it can be moved forward and back within 4 inches (10cm). 4.
