رأي أخصائي التغذية
TORQ Unisex's Energy Gel is generally viewed favorably by nutritionists, particularly for athletes seeking quick energy replenishment during endurance activities. The product contains a beneficial blend of carbohydrates, which help to sustain energy levels during prolonged exercise, and it is often formulated with electrolytes to assist in hydration and prevent cramps. Nutritionists appreciate that it uses high-quality ingredients and avoids artificial preservatives, making it a more wholesome choice compared to other energy gels. However, potential drawbacks include the presence of added sugars, which may not align with the dietary preferences of individuals managing blood sugar levels or following a low-carb diet. Overall, while TORQ Energy Gel can be an effective energy-boosting option for active individuals, it's important for consumers to consider their specific dietary needs and activity levels when incorporating it into their nutrition plan.
TORQ Chews & Gels TQNGLD Editorial Review
The TORQ Energy Gel has received mixed reviews from customers. While some users praised the tastiness of the gels and how easy they were to Consume during physical activities, others had issues with the packaging and difficulty in opening the gels. One customer mentioned that they received a damaged product, with the original seal and box torn and packaged into a secondary bag. However, they also mentioned that TORQ customer service was helpful and would have replaced the product if contacted on the day of receiving it. Despite the packaging issue, many customers still enjoyed the taste of the gels. They compared them to dessert and mentioned that the flavors were pleasant and easy on the stomach. Some customers even stated that the gels helped them during training sessions. However, there were complaints about the difficulty in opening the gels, especially while in motion. Some customers found it almost impossible to open the gels while running and resorted to using their teeth. This led to frustration, and a few customers gave up on opening them altogether. Overall, the TORQ Energy Gel seems to have a great taste and provides effective fuel during physical activities. However, the packaging and difficulty in opening the gels need improvement.
