Seachem Duo Algae Pad white 25mm

The Seachem Duo Algae Pad has garnered a mix of reactions from customers, reflecting both satisfaction and frustration with its performance. On one hand, some users have praised its effectiveness in removing algae without scratching acrylic tanks, noting it as a top choice for this specific task. However, this praise is overshadowed by a significant number of critical reviews highlighting quality concerns. Many customers report that the pad is prone to disintegration, with several stating it fell apart after just a single or few uses, leading to disappointment, especially from loyal Seachem Consumers who are accustomed to high-quality products. Overall, while the Seachem Duo Algae Pad may perform well initially, the durability issues raised by numerous reviewers raise concerns about its long-term usability. Customers would benefit from a redesign that enhances its longevity, perhaps even incorporating a handle for ease of use. **
