Kole Imports Shop All Slow Cookers Editorial Review
The Ceramic Microwave Safe Cookware Chimney Cooker Non-Stick Stoneware has garnered mixed feedback from customers, particularly showcasing its functionality and ease of use. Many users commend its effectiveness in cooking a variety of foods quickly—including vegetables and scrambled eggs—in as little as three minutes in the microwave. The convenience it offers for individual portions has made it a staple in numerous kitchens, with some customers noting they use it almost daily. On the other hand, the product has faced significant criticism regarding its shipping and handling. Multiple customers reported receiving damaged items, leading to frustrations with the return process and customer service experiences. Reviews indicate a disconnect between the product's efficient cooking capabilities and the unsatisfactory resolution of issues related to damage during shipping. Overall, while the Ceramic Microwave Safe Cookware offers a practical solution for quick meals, potential buyers should be wary of the packaging and shipping protection, as customer experiences attest to the risk of receiving broken items and the challenges of obtaining refunds. **
