Wampler Plexi Drive Mini Overdrive Pedal (PLEXIDRIVEMINI), Cream

Introducing the Wampler Plexi Drive Mini Overdrive Pedal PLEXIDRIVEMINI, the latest offering from Wampler Pedals for guitarists looking to achieve the legendary rock tones of the 60s. The Plexi-Drive Mini is an improved version of the original Plexi-Drive circuit, condensed into a miniature housing with some new features added in. Marshall Amplifiers have long been associated with the crunch and punchy bass response of rock music, with iconic musicians like Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Cream, and AC/DC contributing to the brand's legendary status. The Plexi-Drive Mini covers everything from Vintage '68 style Plexi tones to the all-out massive rock tones of a JTM-45 cranked to ten, or even eleven - perfect for any rock enthusiast. One of the newest features of the Plexi-Drive Mini is the Mid Boost circuit switch, never before seen on any previous Wampler Plexi-style pedal.

This switch controls multiple gain stages of the circuit at once, creating a throaty tube-like boost that adds tonal flexibility to the Tone and Gain controls. Additionally, the Bass Boost switch emulates the tonal difference between a 4x12 and 2x12 speaker cab, making it easier than ever before to achieve the perfect sound. With the Plexi-Drive Mini, guitarists can achieve massive gain and impressive tonal flexibility from a mini pedal. Many players love to run Tumnus, Clarksdale, and other OD type pedals into the Plexi-Drive or Plexi-Drive Deluxe. With the Plexi-Drive Mini, gain stage and EQ changes within the mid boost circuit achieve a similar response, resulting in an astounding sound that is sure to impress.
